Laptop multiple internal hardware malfunctions.

Requested replacement.

Tech visit (For replacement approval) was scheduled to be completed by 2nd april.

Now, they're saying: appointment date breached.
To be solved on 4th april.

I have contacted dell, they have nobody coming from their side.

Yet flipkart says: technician from the brand "dell" will visit.

May be they will breach that date too & re-schedule it to 2 days after my death ceremony.

Dell sends engineers only to replace & install parts, not for diagnostics.

They are sending no one.

Flipkart Social Media support agent called several times(for my post on fb).

Last time she informed me that they have bypassed tech visit & they're sending me the replacement directly by 7th April.

But the same has not been reflected on ur website.

Please update the status, otherwise it may not get delivered & I can't track it.

Also, plz hurry up... A sale is going on, this model may get sold out & there may be no replacement unit left for me.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. We have confirmed with the customer that the replacement product has been delivered on April 07, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
