[Resolved] Flipkart — the item already pickup on 15th april but didn't receive any confirmation that the item is picked up | |||
I've purchased moto one power that delivered on 5th of april, which had 2 contacts saved so i requested for replacement. After the replacement i got new one and i requested for refund because of some issue. The item was picked up on 15th of april but till now i didn't receive any confirmation message/mail. I've sent mails but no response then i called and they said me to wait. More than 48 hours is over but still there is no positive response and they are still telling me to wait : (. I know the person who delivered the item to me and i'm trying to contact but it's not connecting. This is a worst service that they are not able to track the item. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't receive any reply over the emails so, I sent a direct message on Twitter to customer support and called to Customer care 1800 208 9898 about the issue.
The 1st person(I don't remember the name) told me to wait up to 19th of April as the pickup date fixed to 19th of April(as shown in the picture).
I sent a DM message again and I got a call who took the issue internally and assured to solve it in 2 hours, but no response. The next day I called again to customer care and I've explained the whole thing and I requested to talk to the person who assured me the previous day. Later, he called me and said, 'I called to courier service provider and got the status that the item was picked up' and assured that next time it will not happen. I thank to "Social Media team" and the person who resolved the issue.
When you people are returning any item make sure you get the receipt (Which I didn't get even after asking) or the person name. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 18, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
