I got this Fire Boltt Bluetooth calling Smart Watch on 3th august and after seeing that on fire boltt website it shows that this watch is having swimming mode available on this watch . But when I see in watch activity section this swimming mode is Not Available inside the watch .
ON 4th august I placed RETURN REQUEST on flipkart to Return the product
and then I got the mail from the flipkart that please provide some pictures of packing and box to confirm the return request this mail was sent on 6th August and I Provide the Pictures to them on 6th August . After that I got another mail from flipkart THAT we are looking into the concern and will resolve it by 8th august . now today they mailed my that your concern is forwarded to team and will be resolved it by 12 august 2022. flipkart is not looking to matter responsibly . I have contacted them more than 5times they tell me to wait for 72 hours on 6th august so that they can resolve the problem and NOW today the sent a mail to me to wait for 12 AUGUST .
They are not serious about the Matter and Problem .
As the specification on the website of the watch and the specification on the watch are different it is waste for me . OD[protected] this is my order id . they are not proceeding the refund to me.
