Flipkart — The Refund for cancelled flight

The request for cancellation of my flight booking with Booking ID FF[protected], placed on Nov 12, 2019, was canceled on Dec 17, 2020, after a period of more than one year. Even after taking a noticeable period for cancellation, a refund of ₹14425.0 is still held up by Flipkart.

In this regard, Customer care was contacted several times, and they were found to be clueless about non-refund which creates doubt on Flipkart's sincerity for refund.

It is requested to escalate the issue to the higher-ups for early resolution of the issue.

Called customer care numerous times and on each occasion, they repeatedly told me to wait for 24-48 h!
