Flipkart — theft by flipkart and its executives

This is case of cheating by flipkart in which they have picked a wrong product during return and inspite of my repeated complaints even to his ceo is not returning back my product. Order id: od[protected]. Product picked was kent egg boiler worth rs1034 against actual product - axe signature intense perfume body spray - for men worth rs 130. Their pick up agent (Mob no-[protected]) didnot revealed from which company he came for pick up and which product he wants to pick up and took away wrong product. On realising this cheating when we called him he stopped taking calls. When we filed a complaint to flipkart against the same they acknowledged their agent mistake but denied to return back my product and refunded me only rs 130. As per flipkart return policy they will refund amount once they receive original product in same packaging post verification but in this case when they realised a product worth 8 times of returned product has been received by them they cheated me by refunding amount of rs 130 without adhering to laid down policy. Actual product which was to be returned is still with me only. Post complaints their delivery agent visited my place and acknowledged the fact that he took a wrong product and same is with flipkart seller. But now they dont want to return back my product. Please take corrective action against the company and help me get my product in working condition back

And please don't send me your gyaan to go to bank. You thieves, get the same resolved. If you want i am ready to share call recordings with your delivery person wherein he is accepting that he took kent egg boiler by mistake.

So you mean to say you, your seller and your courier has license -daaka dalne ka. You are accepting that you had taken a wrong product but still not returning it. And how your return was completed without taking back original product.
