Subject A humble Request to stop this behaviour which is life
threatening and abusive fir customer by flip kart's followed behaviour
patterns
Respected Sir
Kindly refer all my Order . I had my complet trust with flipkart 3 month
back and it has no more and broken with by creating horrible experiances
by customer care team and the seller s .. i have no idea where to start
from it started 3 month back when i brought my Dishwasher. It has issue
.. but no one did nothing .. detail if you check my history fir this
product you will e shoked to see level of struggle i had to go through
and it's still on .. many more added to it see below my point
I had been struggling with Evey product and behaviour which are practiced
by customer care team is
1. They frequently disconnecting calls
2. They frequently calls with out any resolution
3.if they see issue is complicated they disconnect the call while talking
4. They don't mind to tell you lie .
5 they don't check any detail before they call and it leads me to
frustrated as i will be taking calls for same qus without any resolution
6. Product detail will be diffrent then what it's get deliver
I would love to explain you in more detail if i get a reply to my message
and you will be shocked to see the level of abusive behaviour going on
with me.
And it's not just dishwasher after wards each product i got ihad been
getting into deep struggle abuse and me beingg anxiety disorder health
issue my health takes a toll on it . I have wallet money of 20 k which i
am waiting to finishbup or i would won't be continuing with this struggle
There is no doubt flipkart customer care lacking on skills and this goes
to high lebel team lead or managers as they failed to understand the
issue and moniter all this disconnected by representative calls . I am
just surprise how can not they get the detail. Beause this is a very much a
common behaviour by all level of customer representative . I definately
have to try few time to get hold of and explain my issue and belive me it's
a level where u won't have patcence any more then just leave as it is
if can listen .. inbound and outbound both team has this behaviour
pattern.

I will be explaining each calls detail if i will have an reply, as i am
sending this email from i fo what i found in net and it's uncertainty if
this don't work then i will have to reach to consumer law court as i ahve
no idea where to seek for help
.i would definately wantvtobreach to ceo to let them know about how
tlcustomer care team has been creating so much damage to the business and
customer specially i have my detail artifact ready if you have real
reasons to understand please do let me know or i will have to reach some
place to get help with .
Now issue i ahve is shoking ..no product in my packet . I mean this level
of service i have not seen anywhere else .
