I have ordered a mobile on 24th of sept, 2022 and it has received my nearest hub on 28th of the same month.
I have contacted customer care for delivery agent details as I have an immediate need and im happy to pickup my order. The long calls with the team hasn't helped and answer was the same whenever I called them for information' you'll receive your order by 3rd Oct and we don't have information about the delivery partner.
Giving respect to their words, i waited till 3rd but no luck. There is no single update about the delivery status or the contact details. I have called several times on 3rd to follow up on my order but the care is not useful enough to track and update on my order.
So I took help of helpline number. However the story remains the same where they started telling me to wait for another business day. How could this be possible that the order has reached my hub a week back and they are unable to reach me? I was told that I'll receive a call back which I haven't got till now. This is very unfair to leave the customer in the dark. Someone should have answers to my queries about my order. Please help me getting my delivery hassle free and on time as I have my own travel arrangements for dasara. I have clearly mentioned this to the customer care executives.
