[Resolved] Flipkart — thomson led smart tv | |||
I had purchase for thomson smart tv with order id od[protected]. I was so happy that i got delivery with in 2 days. But when installation engineer came he said wifi issue is present & i am going to submit report and you will get replacement. After this i got call for second engineer visit from flipkart after waiting and follow up for 3-4 days. Every i got answer that your phone was not answerable. Yesterday again 2nd engineer (Same person which was earlier) visit and again said i am going to give report again and you will receive tv with in 2-3 days. Again today i am getting massage that troubleshooting problem solved and return cancelled. Now i am getting frustrated with flipkart service. Either give me a replacement with fast delivery neither request you for return. Or else send replacemend tv and engineer together. As i don't have capacity to tolerate this thing. Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. We have also confirmed with the customer that the replacement product has been delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
