[Resolved] Flipkart — thomson tv 43 inch uhd | |||||
The TV remote is not working. The quality of product is very inferior. I want to return this product and need my money back. Also they have hide many information about the product features from customer. This is simply cheating. Now I am calling customer care, they are saying they cannot refund money back. This is cheating simply from Flipkart and vendor. They are looting common man's money for the product which he don't want to buy. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Got a call from Flipkart representative – Arvind from Bangalore just now.
Questions he didn’t answer:-
Did you arrange any demo for customer to decide, and why not.
Was there any option given to check and see the stuff or flipkart website gives that experience ?
Why the basic functions are missing from TV, or do you think 30 thousand TV cannot have basic things as its cheap ???
Why the TV is getting hanged, why you are selling with outdated software ?
Why not it’s better to buy from local shop or Croma & Reliance digital.
Why your engineer is not coming within 24 or 48 hours ?
Why he is coming the next day when my 10 days periods are getting over ??
Why Amazon refunds immediately ? how are they different from you ? why can’t you practice their good things ??
Do you have guts to show this mail to Binny Bansal or Sachin Bansal or your Walmart team ??
This is simply cheating from Flipkart.
Seems only way left to go to consumer court and have started sharing this experience with family and friends.
Being a Indian company you are doing this, this is really shameful. You are no different from Politicians.
And look how Amazon treats its customer, afterall a MNC is a MNC, the real customer friendly atleast they don’t want to extract money from poor Indian or do fraud by fooling customer.
Flipkart is going Snap-deal, and hope soon Walmart will realize what mistake they have done after selling this poor customer centric firm.
Flipkart shows customer as king, but treats their customer’s as fool who doesn’t have any right to refund or reject any misleading or poor quality product.
