Dear sir actually i placed an order of titan watch but the wrong product was delivered i mean the size and appearance in that case i raised a request of replacement/refund but without any solution and without any strong reason my account is blocked by saying that multiple no. Of replacement/refund even i have only ordered i guess three products including these and in past two products in earlier one product i raised issue and i provided my identity to at that time even i am ready to provide identification this time also but flipkart gives me only one sided response and blocked my flipkart account by saying that you have done high number of replacement/refund even you tell me if a customer has problem with any product that’s not customer fault it’s flipkart responsibility to assure them better so that not such type problem occurs and at last kindly help me out regarding this problematic situation
