[Resolved]  Flipkart — too much delay in resolution and bad attitude of courier service

I placed order of motorola vision one in exchange of moto g5s plus.
Expected delivery was on 22nd of july and the delivery person came without prior information. I had to ask him to come again at the end of the day since i hadn't taken backup. He checked the phone and told me the phone is fit for exchange and asked me to collect the new phone from their hub later after i take the back up. The person at the hub denied for the exchange. And after multiple complaints regarding the same incident, flipkart escalation team provided me dates after dates for resolution. They kept my prepaid money in their channel for 2 weeks and the refunded. During this time i complained multiple times and asked for prompt response which was keeping delayed.
The attitude of the hub incharge and delivery person hasn't been good.
Aug 11, i received a call from flipkart escalation team that their is nothing they can do about it.
I now have to pay interest for the amount they kept with them for 2 weeks, and flipkart has earned by delaying the response.

I am trying to make a purchase using a debit card. This is a card I have used with Flipkart many times before. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks.
Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
