[Resolved] Flipkart — touch screen not work some time

Dear sir,
I have purchased apple i phone 6-64gb, (Od[protected] from the first day of purchase the touch not work some time, i have many videos for support, also i have complaint 3 times, but concern not resolved. Now your representative are suggest to go service station for the problem.
First of all i'm not going to service station for repair.
Second you have replace the product or refund (10day policy)
If i have problem than why you guys are not understand.
If you have some regard kindly refund me, the worst junk i have purchased form you.
