Flipkart — Transit Damage bearing | |
I had ordered LI Ning shuttle on 5th May 2021. The order has reached my nearest hub but with transit damage. And the order seems to be cancelled with refund if applicable. But now the price of the same item is increased. I had waited for the offer price while ordering.Now if it's transit damage issue, Why should I as a customer bear the additional cost for the shipment issue flipkart had with its partner EKart? And on speaking about this to the flipkart customer care, they are convincing that it's not their responsibility and are forcing me to reorder.
