[Resolved]  Flipkart — tv not commissioned

I had ordered an blaupunk 50" tv. It was delivered after i made the full payment. I received an intimation for commissioning it. Your rep visited my house next day. He tried to commission the same but could not commissioned. He has packed back & kept it my house. I received sms that amount would be refunded & tv to be returned. I request you to replace the tv & i am not interested in refund.

Spoke to customer asked to accept the refund and place a fresh order, hence customer agreed closing the case

Customer has not agreed for closing the case. Till date my TV is yet to be commissioned. I ask Flip kart team to solve this long pending issue.

It is nearly a month, flipkart customer care team has not yet solved my problem. The 50" TV was delivered on 12/10/18 but it is not yet commissioned. Many phone calls, SMS & email to flipkart has not yielded results except that each time different person gives different date for solving my problem. I expect them to commission the TV within 3days otherwise I will be forced to take up other course of actions including approaching police/court.
Expecting a favourable solution within 3days,

Fact is my TV has been returned on 11/11/18 vide reference no. FMPR[protected]. Since then I waiting for my amt of Rs 34999 which they told it would be refunded within 2 days.

Flipkart customer care reply DT 13/10/18 was checked. I have requested for replacement and not refund as they have claimed in their reply.
As per their SMS sent to me on 22/10/18, they promised to send their team again on or 25/10/18 for re- installation & demonstration.
Hence till date the issue not resolved.
