Flipkart — Un-addressed complaints by the customer care

I have an account with you on the same email address with mobile number [protected] which was abruptly blocked on[protected] evening.
I have placed one order of about 12 items and another one of 31 grocery items with this account on[protected] .

Out of the 12 miscellaneous items, 4 items were wrongly delivered items ie., products delivered were not the ones I had ordered. Out of these 4 items, 2 were delivered on[protected] for which I registered my complain on[protected] afternoon immediately after receiving the wrong items, ie., on the same day before my account was closed, for which the customer care said that my complaint will be resolved within 48 to 72 hours. Meanwhile i started getting the delivery of the remaining items, out of them, there was a problem of 2 more wrong items delivered by the seller, e.g., I had ordered a brown color bag instead I got a BRICK RED COLOR BAG and so on.

Anyways again I called customer care for it but they could not take my complaint for the same and said that they can not access my account as it has been permanently blocked by the backend team and said to contact here for my complaints.

NOW GET THE PICK-UP ARRANGED FOR THE 4 WRONG MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS MENTIONED BELOW AND ONE GROCERY STORE ITEM, "GROUNDNUT" HALF KG 2 PACKETS WHICH HAVE FUNGAL INFECTION AND ALSO CREDIT MY 388 UNUSED SUPERCOINS TO MY OTHER ACCOUNT WITH NUMBER [protected].

LIST IS AS FOLLOWS-

A) Campus ladies shoe (1 pair) . Complain about which already made on[protected]
INSTEAD OF LACES SHOE, SELLER HAS SENT VELCRO SHOE PAIR

B) Action shoe (2 pairs) complaint made in[protected]. SELLER SENT IT IN FLIPKART CARTOON PACK, NOT THE ORIGINAL COMPANY PACK BOX BECAUSE OF WHICH THE PICK-UP BOY REFUSED TO TAKE THE PICK-UP AND SAID TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME AND I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE REFUSED TO TAKE THOSE SHOES ON THAT GROUND ON[protected] AFTERNOON ITSELF.

C) Ladies purse (1) which I ORDERED OF BROWN COLOR BUT RECEIVED RED COLOR PURSE INSTEAD.
SINCE THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON[protected], SO I COULD NOT REGISTER RETURN NEITHER MYSELF NOR BY CUSTOMER CARE AS THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AS IT WAS BLOCKED BY YOU PEOPLE.

D) One grocery store item ie., raw groundnuts, 2 half kg packets were rotten ie., received with fungus infection.

REGRETS AND QUESTION ASKED BY FLIPKART-

1- IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR SO CALLED " PLUS MEMBERS "
.
2- YOU SHOULD HAVE
GIVEN A NOTIFICATION AT LEAST ONCE AQ EARLIER BEFORE OR MAY BE WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS PLACING THE ORDER STATING THAT YOUR ACCOUNT COULD BE BLOCKED IF MORE RETURNS ARE MADE. MOREOVER, IT'S YOUR SELLER'S FAULT MAXIMUM TIMES WHENEVER THERE IS ANY RETURN MADE BY CUSTOMER WHEN EITHER WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM IS SENT BY THE SELLER.

LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND FAST RESPONSE FROM FLIPKART AS ALREADY ONE MONTH HAVE PASSES BY.
