Flipkart — Unable to cancel product at door step

Order id OD[protected]. I have mistakenly placed the order on my husband's name. Since there is no possibility to change name now, Flipkart told to cancel at door step and reorder.
But the delivery partner not returning the product even after 10+ days and not accepting to cancel.

I am contacting Flipkar customer service and seller both, but no resolution yet.
