[Resolved]  Flipkart — unable to communicate with mr indranil maulik

The technician came and unboxed the product and found broken glass and damaged other metal parts. He has put a tag of 'd'. As the box is big in size, it is causing inconvenience at my home. Please expedite the pickup process. Mr. Indranil maulik from your end tried to contact me. The call rang only once and before i receive the call, it got disconnected. His mobile number is not accepting the call back as well as reply message. Then how is it possible to communicate between you and me? Suppose i'm driving a car, is it possible to pick up the call? You should improve the communication process with the customer with call back option.

The customer complaint about the damaged shipment received. We had interacted with customer and initiated the refund and it will take 6 business days. As per banking standard. Hence closing the case from our end.

Poor product purchased from flipkart. I want d refund amount back. Misguided by Customer care team. Not expected from d organization like flipkart.
