I have ordered one mobile cost 11000, I have paid the amount in advance. promised date of delivery was 17th June 2022. Till now they are not able to deliver and whenever i call they say in 24-48 hour the issue will be resolved. They simply keep the item to nearby location but not deliver. This happened multiple times that they keep the item at near place and finally they tell we are unable to deliver due to Logistics issue. If they don't have proper logistics then why they are doing this online business and takes money as Prepaid. Simply they say in call sorry nothing else. They are not updating the status also properly. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 23, 2022 Updated by harsh146 After putting complaint also there is no seriousness for these flipkart guys. They are still sending email that it will reach you in 24-48hrs everyday. But they are not able to deliver the item.
