[Resolved] Flipkart — unable to return a defective handset due to mismatching of imei no | |||||
I ordered a lenovo k6 power it was delivered to me on 16 oct 2018. The accessories were good the handset had connectivity issue jio 4g was not working properly (4g speed) and other 3g sims were not supporting. So i returned the handset the courier ekart picked it up on 18 oct 2018, then at 10:00 pm i got a call from ekart that my handsets imei code is not matching. So the return cancelled. I use their helpline no they said they would fix this issue within 24 hours. So i again sent a return request after 36 hours, and it was again cancelled. Flipkart is not solving the issue infact the return policy will be expired on 25 oct 2018, then i will have no choice. They are mismatching the imei code on purpose so that costumers will never be able return the defective item or able to reach them. My order id - od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved It took 7 days, but Flipkart solved my problem . Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 20, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
