[Resolved] Flipkart — unable to update my mobile number on flipkart | |
I have a account on flipkart with registered email id - [protected]@live.com and mobile number - [protected] but recently i lost my number, now when i have to change my phone number it says enter otps from both the numbers, i already contacted flipkart support regarding my issue but they say it can't be done. The name and address on all order is mine so what other proof of identification do they want. This is # stupidity. Updating/changing your {email address/phone number} is very simple and can be done only from our website at the moment. Here's how you can do it: • Click on https://www.flipkart.com/account/accountemailupdate • Click 'Edit' and enter your new {email address/phone number} and click 'Add' • A verification code will be sent to your new {email address/phone number} which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you • Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes' Your {email address/phone number} will get updated and you can continue using Flipkart account after that.
