[Resolved] Flipkart — unaccepted delay for delivery by flipkart | |||||
Delayed delivery of order id is od[protected] Which was to be delivered by 10/12/18 7-10 pm. I was not updated regarding the delivery of the same. On contacting the customer care they said order is shipped and delivery is delayed. I would like to question the lethargic attitude of flipkart and the seller vision star regarding the important order. On further questioning the customer care executive apologised me for the delay. He again gave me a date of 13th dec. Then after he again gave me a another date of 18th dec, for resolve my problem. I would like to question that who will compensate for my loss of so many days. There is no reason provided for the delay of one week. Such kind of pathetic customer service is not expected from an esteemed organisation like flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
