[Resolved] Flipkart — unethical behavior by flipkart | |||
I had ordered a Hindware 15L Storage Water Geyser on 29th Sep 2019, but till date (4th Nov 2019), the product is undelivered. The delivery boy came on 20-21 Oct & asked my father to pick the product from a place that is almost 15Kms from my home, the same incident had happened on 18th Oct 2019 also for the Kent Water purifier that I had ordered, my father didn't know the Flipkart's Delivery policy so he picked the Water Purifier himself from the placed that courier boy asked him to come. When I called customer care they told me not to go there & the geyser will be delivered to my home (Which address is mentioned while ordering), after that that same delivery boy came twice & called my father that if you want the product then come & collect yourself otherwise I will send it back, & same thing happened as well. even as on 4th November 2019, you guys are updating in my ordered details that "Delivery Expected By 16th Oct 2019", Really? are you people living in past? I would like to ask Flipkart, if you guys cant deliver a product to a Pin Code, why you guys shows that Pin Code while ordering? Now I am sitting with paying full amount for a product for almost 1.5 Months buy received nothing at all, set aside the hassle, embarrassment & wastage of time by calling customer care for Dozens of time. You guys are simply making fool of loyal customers & have such a pathetic customer support & coordination with your delivery partner; which you claims are in-house (e-kart). Every time I calls customer care they have just same scripted replay that we will contact you within 24-48 Hrs for the resolution, but nothing has happened so far. The seller has refunded on 25 Nov 19 and this should have been reflecting in your source account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |||
