[Resolved] Flipkart — unusual delay in product delivery | |||
I have ordered a backpack on 2nd oct'19 but after continuous follow-ups from the team there is no assurance about the delivery date. They are just extending the delivery date further and further. I think they don't have product in stock or they are just casual. I have paid online also twenty days back, what about that and the same product was available in amazon also during great indian festival during the due date, that too at the same price. Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product is delivered on 19 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
