[Resolved] Flipkart — urgent:unable to see orders (false commitment) | |||
I made request for return on 14th feb of my mobile and when i tried to look into the orders everything disapper this is very strange for me i had purchased so many products before but never got this issue even my return request has not completed can you please look into asap as i am not available monday i am out of town based on your service i should get respond within 72 hours my email Email :[protected]@gmail.com I have attached screenshot as well i tried to login with all browsers and mobile but can not see anything pelase look into this asap.. Verified Support Feb 20, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We Interacted with the customer in [protected] about the issue with the product and informed our technical department haven't found any issue with your mobile phone, also seller has 10 days of replacement policy, due to that we won't be able to honor your return request of this product, however customer disappointed with the service as we have denied to process the return and disconnected the call, hence we are closing the case
