I ordered for a springtek bonnel 6 inch double bonnel spring mattress vide order id od[protected]. But on arrival it was discovered that mattress was not of that size and was having scratches. I registered a complaint regarding it and requested to cancel the order. The person whom i spoke to, told me that money will not be refunded, rather they will replace the mattress. Again on delivery it was found that mattress was not of the size which was ordered. It was a used one and pressed one.
