[Resolved] Flipkart — vibration mode not working on moto one power | |||
I'd purchased moto one power mobile phone on february 25th, 2019 via flipkart. I've used the emi payment option. I've just realised today that the vibration mode is not working on the phone. The haptic feedback is not working at all even after turning it on in the sound settings. What's the procedure for replacement of device? Looking forward to your kind cooperation. Verified Support Mar 16, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had conversation with customer on [protected] regarding vibration issue on product and as per seller 10 days return policy, customer has complained post policy period so informed to check with service center of brand. We are closing the complain from our end.
