Hi i have applied for my phone exchange and i was waiting for my new phone delivery. Today delivery attempt and he rejected my phone for exchange even my old phone is in good condition... This old phone is 1 year old and it has scratches on one side due to this device is used in mobile holding stand. I just want to know what the hell is going on from your side.. Flipkart is one of trust e commerce brand i am very much dissatisfied from your end disgusting policies you are having... Let me know one thing, do you need a brand new mobile for exchange??? I think i am not a fool to give a new phone for exchange... Phone is working fine, there are no issues in phone not even visited service centre a single time.
