[Resolved] Flipkart — vu 55 inch led smart tv | |||
We are regular customer and recently we purchased a 55” vu 4k smart tv, which was installed about 20 days ago and the tv person left our home just after making connection to setup box without any demo. Later on when we watched tv, to our surprise sound quality is horrible and picture quality was much worse with non-hd channels and worse with hd channels. Picture quality of all hindi news channels, business channels, music channels etc was pathetic and not worth seeing. It gives stress to ears as well eyes. To confirm there is nothing wrong with settings we requested flipcart to send vu technician but it took enough time for technician to come. Finally he visited on 14th oct 2017 and tried to adjust settings, minor improvement observed. Under the circumstances we request flipcart to arrange for return of tv and refund the money.
