I bought a vu led 32inch fhd tv from flipkart but the video quality is very poor and the screen appears blur. I think it is hd that means low resolution the picture and images don't look natural and it is not vibrant at all that's extremely annoying. Flipkart are cheating on customers withe third graded products, and flipkart should check with the product quality/standards before selling on their web site. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the quality of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the seller return policy, the seller would provide only the replacement and not refund. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
