[Resolved]  Flipkart — vu tv installation delayed by 1 month and still no resolution

I have ordered vu 39 inch fhd led tv from flikart on 24th sep 2017 with order id od[protected].

I got tv delivered on 2nd oct 2017.

As per the committed date by 4th oct it was supposed to get installed.
However after waiting for 2 more days and no installation was done, i contacted flipkart and they gave false commitment of 10 oct for installation.

I placed a return request out of frustration on 10th oct 2017, for which with 18 hrs i got a call for uninstallation of tv, which was not yet installed, hence the gut didnt come at all.

I started getting calls for installation from 13th, though due to electric supply was not there in my locality he didnt come.

Since there was no action on either installation or uninstallation, i agin contacted flipkart to atleast to installation or take back tv and got resolution date as 17th oct.

On 15th i received call from flipkart team and convinving me to get the installation done, i agreed only one condition that since the installation was delayed almost by 20 days i may need a fresh invoice wef from installation date and not from the purchase date as i may loos my warrenty period of 3 weeks.

Even after that there is not action from flipkart, today on 20th oct i again contacted flipkart for the status update nd got the date of 25th oct 2017.'

The purchase date is 24th sep and till 25 oct flipkart is unable to provide service to the customer.

I have purchased this tv on credit card, and i converted tv bill into emi at 15% roi, of which has i have already paid one emi on 13th oct, in that who is responsible for interest i paid to credit card and for the trouble that caused to me.

They have wasted by 1 months D2H subscription +
One months warranty of stabilizer which I purchased only for this TV.

We interacted with the customer and informed customer that we'll arrange for the installation and demo but customer don't want he want compensation denied the customer request hence closing the complaint from our end.

Closing the complaint is not the solution. The delay was from Flipkart side.
Why Flipkart wants user to suffer loss and delays in services.

Flipkart is providing old invoice of 24th Sep as purchase, though TV is not installed yet. The invoice should reflect installation date to cover proper warranty. Flipkart is not ready to provide revised bill with installation date, here i will be again loosing one months warranty on my TV.

Asking for compensation is correct as because of Flipkart i have lost my one months D2H subscription also. who is responsible for that plus I also lost warranty of by Stabilizer which i purchased from amezon.
