Flipkart — Wakefit organza plus engineered wood 4 door wardrobe

Order id-OD[protected] complaint no[protected] I have ordered Wakefit's 4 door wardrobe on Thu 30th Sep, 2021. Due to the festival season it showed expected delivery date as 15th Oct 2021.And it is prepaid payment I contacted to the senior in flip kart care center. He told that it has been extended to 26 Oct 2021. While tracking the order status there is no activity conducted from 9th Oct till date.Again on 26th oct I was contacted to the customer care team, they told that has been extended to 27th oct, next on 27th oct I have recevied a call by today evening your product will be delivered by 19:00hrs, waited for that as not recevied any call again contacted with customer team by 21:00hrs, again they extended it to 28th oct. Again 28th october contacted to the team they extended the date upto 30th oct.Now today 30th oct I have contacted to the senior team they said we can not track your product, wait upto 6th nov for furathier update.
While I asked to cancel my order after 24hours order can not be cancelled they said,
While I told to get refund my money they denied for that
while I have asked my product delivery they can not trak the order so they can not deliver it,
On 3rd november I have received a call from flipkart and they requested me for cancell the product as product has been misplaced somewhere, they do not able to track and canellation with full adavnce refund, So I have agreed and for cancellation.And they told by 11th november I will get my refund back, Still today I have not received my refund.
Here my frist EMI has been deducted, with out product I am paying EMI.
Worst service I have received till date. I need help on this.
