[Resolved] Flipkart — wallet money unfairly blocked / flipkart account banned stating false reasons. | |||||
I am monuj saikia. I have an account with flipkart with the email: [protected]@gmail.com. Up until 29th october, i have had no problems with flipkart. But then i was Suddenly unable to log in to my account. I kept getting the error message "login unsuccessful, please retry". I followed up my issue with the customer service of flipkart [incident: In[protected]] but they have failed to successfully address my Issue. I registered another complaint [incident: in[protected]] but failed to get a satisfactory response from flipkart. A representative have mailed me a final reply stating false allegations That i have used unauthorised payment methods, and that my account have Been banned. (The message is attached for your reference). Now i can provide complete proofs that all the payment methods used in Flipkart by me were authorized and legit. I haven't made any unauthorized Payments. This is a serious allegation that flipkart has accused me of. Also, i have a gift card balance of rs. 1000 which i am no longer being Able to access. According to rbi guidelines, e-commerce companies cannot Make their wallet balances inaccessible to their customers. I acquire these Gift cards as incentive for my market research activities. They are Completely legit. (Proof attached below) I have attached necessary proofs to verify the legitimacy of my claim. I Request you to please take the necessary actions and resolve my grievance As soon as possible. Attached below are the proofs of how i get my gift cards, the debit card authorization details which i used in flipkart, and the message from the customer service representative who accused me falsely o[censored]sing irregular payment methods.
