[Resolved] Flipkart — warranty expired for my new laptop | |||
I bought a new Acer laptop worth Rs. 52000/- from Flipkart and was delivered to me on 6th of June 2019. When I went online to register my product, I found that the laptop is out of warranty. When I contacted Flipkart they asked me to contact Acer for the same. My question here is why should I contact Acer ?? It is Flipkart who should help me here as I bought it from Flipkart. This is cheating as Flipkart is disposing the old out of warranty products to customer's with offer schemes. I want the warranty for my product and I don't want to contact Acer for the same as Acer is not at fault here. Was this information helpful? | |||
