[Resolved] Flipkart — water purifier not installed even after a month of purchase

My name is tanu sagar, i bought a water purifier in september i was told that it will be installed with in 48 hours but its been almost more than a month and its still not been installed and i am getting these messages again and again that your product has been installed, where i have complained regarding these baseless messages as well but no action taken yet, i request you to kindly look into the matter otherwise i will have no choice but to file a complaint in consumer court
