I have ordered this product on 26th May 2020, the same have been attempted to deliver by Delivery partner (Delhivery) on 8th Jun 2020, however while handling the heavy fridge the delivery partners had been mis-handled it and that caused a damage to the product at the bottom. due to this delivery partners themselves took the product back. But to my shocking i have received a product delivered status message, i thought i have to place a return request for this issue as well and i did it, immediately i got a call from Flipkart support team, i explained everything to her, then she said it should not be a return request since product itself is not delivered and she confirmed that she will be rejecting the return request i placed and she will be raising a separate issue about the product not delivered but status shows delivered. after this i did multiple follow-ups om multiple plat forms including twitter/ customer service team using [protected] but they always responded with e common/dummy message saying "Sorry for the trouble, we are investing this and will get back to you on this. this drama happened several times for more than 1 months and then suddenly when i checked the status of the issue on flipkart to my shocking again it was shown "Resolved". I called again to the same customer support no and when i explained everything because a new support executive got connected which is usual. he said that he will re-open the issue and will escalate this and will ensure to resolve this by 8th of Aug 2020, but then again today when i checked the status on flipkart as usual they resolved the issue without even send me a text message or email or even a call.
