[Resolved]  Flipkart — without any intimation order was cancelled

Dear sir,
I had ordered a Opportunity F11 pro mobile through Flipkart by replacing the Moto G5 Plus mobile.On 20th of July 2019 I had gone to the Flipkart delivery store.your representative has examined the mobile and says that we will not accept this item I asked the particular reason but they can't explain.On the same date I contacted your customer care regarding this concern and they asked me to provide the images of my mobile. I sent at 2.10 pm on 20.07.2019 . Regarding this I received a mail on 21.07.2019 at 8.10 Pm in that your representative are asking for me to provide the clear images of mobile with in 12 business working hours.By consider the 12 hours time on 22nd morning at 6.45 am I am trying to send the images as per demanded by your representative.But suddenly I was surprised that In my inbox i received a mail saying that as per my request order was cancelled.Before cancelling item neither you people had informed me through mail and mobile.Please show me the proof when I was requested to cancelled the order.once if you will prove I will my self slap with me slippers to blame upon you but if you will not able to provide the proof then will you place the same item for me.Please show me the proof.

However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 22 Jul 19 and will be reflecting in credit card by 30 Jul 19.
