[Resolved]  Flipkart — without customer concern the product got cancelled

Dear team,
I have ordered realme xt on 2nd oct 2019 and same supposed to be delivered by oct 7 2019. The same was delivered on said date and its showing that this item got shipped through ekart logistics with courier details fmpp[protected] with dtd 2nd oct 2019.
On 5th i have received a call from delivery person for delivery but the same date i am not available so i requested for very next date same was accepted by courier person. After that i am doing regular followup with you people but no one has responded properly and i didn't get any resolution till 16th oct 2019.in between i am doing continuous followup with flipkart they are telling that by end of the day it will get delivered and disconnect the call. Finally on 16th oct 2019 i got a message stating that your order got cancelled thank you with flipkart. Now i want to know that without customer concern how can you cancel my order.
You team is telling that stock is not available so the order got cancelled but stock is available and same is available in your website.
Now my concern is without customer concern how can you cancel the order and at the time of purchasing i have opted emi now who will bear all these issues.
Now i want compensation from flipkart or else i will escalate the same to next level.
