I bought a mobile and i already initiated return request since the phone has volume issues. i am explaining the same issues to at least 10 different representative because each time a representative call their call gets cut and i have to call their toll free number to again schedule back a call like this i did 10 times. and still no solution . i want to return my order immediately. i feel they tare wanted doing this because they want to drag until the return plolicy gets overd. very very bad experience. i lost all my hard earned money by ordering the phone xiami 11i 5G my Order id : OD[protected]
if flipkart is hearing me please i really ask you to stop playing around the bush and get this useless phone returned to you and refund my money. dont jus say that customer satisfactory is your priority, . you are not even able to solve a simple customer issues with your technicians, . many if your reposentative call me and they pout their call on hold and send me an automated message to my number stating that they tried to reach me but was unsucessful. this is SO MEAN Was this information helpful? |
