Flipkart — worst service. i have ordered t shirt and i got wrong one delivered after picking up product flipkart is denying product is not picked up

Hi i have ordered under armour t-shirt from flipkart but i got nike t-shirt i have returned the product now flipkart is denying i have returned the product and cancelled return. Now flipkart is refusing to give refund. First flipkart says product is damaged next time their say check with delivery guy and next their say product is not picked up at all. After sharing messages and acknowledge. Each time flipkart is giving some reason or other. This is worst service i have come across thier don't respond and queries and give you timeline with won't be met.
