Unhappy with product they are selling & their support.

They don't have mechanism to test fault. I complaint that phone is heating.
They repeated tested battery temperature & said no heat.

1. They don't have mechanism to test entire phone.
2. They try to postponed all customer queries.

Not understanding customer query, simply speak policy, like that only.

Flipkart will soon fall. Worst store flipkart.

Selling worst products.
Don't have proper mechanism to test product. If you tell phone heat, they will test only battery temp & simply say no heat detected .

Worst Flipkart product & Flipkart management
Friends don't buy in Flipkart.. go for other eCommerce site.

Flipkart will refund money for worst product, only if you scold their management team with bad words.
What a strategy they are using for refunds..
Only Stupid and fools in management & customer support teams of flipkart..
