[Resolved]  Flipkart — Wrong Delivery of ARC Lovely Heart - Received only one instead of Two

I hv ordered ARC Soft Lovely Heart, cushions and paid Rs. 249/- on 8th February, 2021 and got delivery on 14th February, 2021. I was supposed to get two pair of hearts but received only one. Since 20 days i am chasing for 2nd pair of heart and complaints so many times on customer care but till date no solution and i have been told that i will get call from your senior on or before 7th of March but no one has called even after giving reminders.
I want my second pair of heart by tomorrow of else i will complaint to your CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy. This is the way Flipkart is treating his valuable customer and giving support and their Seniors hv no time to call.
I want my delivery by tomorrow or else i will write in Twitter and all social media about Flipkart.
