[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong product delivered
Good Morning On 26th Oct 2021 I ordered for Foxin FTC 88A Toner Catridge with Flipkart, it was delivered on 30th Oct 2021. A Product code was delivered Foxin 12A Toner Catridge, I spoke to Customer Care on the same day and updated a wrong product delivered they said they would give same product Foxin FTC 88A Toner Catridge and that would be delivered on 7th Nov 2021, yesterday I checked Flipkart App on 2nd Nov 2021 it is been cancelled by Flipkart Team, When I spoke to Customer care of Flipkart By name Shrutji said neither they would refund nor exchange. On the Flipkart Site the price given for Foxin FTC 88A they have charged more neither right product received nor amount would be credited as per Flipkart Customer, Request you support to solve the Issue help us in gettingright product Foxin FTC 88A delivered. my no.
