Flipkart — Wrong product delivered however pickup getting canceled again and again without reasion | |||
I have ordered a bed sheet on 21 Oct 21 and it was delivered on 26 Oct 21 but it was not as per description so I requested for replacement on 26 Oct 21. On 03 Nov at 13:44 hrs I got the message that your replacement is out for delivery, I tried to contact delivery person number of times but he did not respond. on 04 Nov at 00:23h received the message that pickup cancelled and at 00:25 hrs order rejected because the product was not accepted during delivery. on very next day i called customer case and narrate the issue but he says your replacement period lapsed. 1. Did the delivery person tried delivery at 00:23 hrs mid night when the message came as order rejected? 2. If i did not accept what was the reason? 3. If I does not wanted to get the replacement, why would I raise the replacement Was this information helpful? | |||
