[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivered/ returned but no refund | |||||
I had ordered a inventure retail turtle night sky star projector night night lamp (25 cm, blue) order number [protected] on september 3 rd On 9th september some eye wear glases, called customer care and they told me they would pick the wrong consignment and return my cash. • no action from flipkart, i called again on 14th september. • on 18th evening a person from e kart came and collected the packet • on 19th i get a message that the packet will be collected today, i called flipkart and told yesterday it was already collected. On 19th evening i get a message telling that pick up has been cancelled as i decided to keep the product and when i checked the app, its says refund cancelled. A wrong product was delivered, and then later collected. After collecting the product flipkart sends me a message informing me i have decided to keep the product so no refund would be give.
