I ordered a realme bud Q2 neo at first they delivered me missing accessories and when i raised a replacement flipkart delivered me a completely different product of ditterent brand (PTRON) . now flipkart is taking much time to resolve my issue order details are mentioned below :

my refund request is rejected two times and its relly very horrible servive by flipkart now i want refund so i requested for a refund but flipkart is not approving my return request they are asking my government valid id proof, even i uploaded every document they don't take any action flipkart is harassing its customers and sellers and delivery partner are also equally responsible for it . so i request flipkart to take strict action on such sellers and their delivery partner @ekart .
