[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product (model) delivered by flipkart

I have ordered a hp laptop with one model, however, flipkart shipped wrong model.
Ordered product: 15-bw531au
Received product hp-15q-ds0004tu on 28th dec.
After initial call with a customer representative, technician visited home, confirmed that wrong product is shipped, and also provided a receipt with delivered product details. Later, another technician visited to pickup the wrong product, but wasn't
Collected the shipped product, stating that he couldn't able to verify the serial number in their database. Later, had multiple calls with customer care representative, and they informed that technician will visit to pick up the product, but no one came to pickup the wrong product.
I really spent lot of time to followup, for more that a month to get the ordered product or refund, but no luck. I don't have any trust now, howerver, i am makeing this complaint or notice as a last resort. Please look into this and help me to get my right product or refund. Failure to get any positive response in a 15 days from now, i will file law suit through consumer forum.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on February 15, 2019 and which is delivered on February 19, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
