[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong product received and not helping

I ordered Sansui smart TV and I got different simple led TV model on 16-3-20 and on 18th 2 technicians came for installation n then after unbox I know I got wrong product then immediately I call customer care he apply return request then on 20 again customer care call me n tell me last time return request was wrong n now again they are apply with new refund request I don't know why they do so cause I explain everything in clear but they are not supporting. Today I got message that Ur refund request has been cancelled. Due to covid 19 it is not possible to communicate with them. I am mentally harrassed n even I am not know the way how to get the solution. Specially I order smart TV cause I don't need simple TV . I am working here in different state n anytime I could transfer this is my biggest mistake to order online . Very disappointed with flipkart . Without any reason you are mentally harrassing me . Kindly do the necessary action as soon as possible

Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
