[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong product received but flipkart is not replacing it.

I ordered a realme 3 pro mobile phone on 3rd oct, 19, it was an exchange offer and i paid rs.8629 as the exchange price was rs.1400. On 13th oct, 19, a delivery person from e-kart logistics came to deliver the product, i opened the product in front of him and found it was a keypad phone lephone k11, i told him i am not going to receive it but he told me to complain it to flipkart customer care for replacing the product and he insisted to take my old phone as it was an exchange offer, i had to pay him rs.1400 just to keep my old phone after many request. Then started my miserable experience with flipkart customer care, whenever i call them, they listen my whole story and respond by saying that they have escalated the issue towards higher authority, but 2 months have passed, there is no resolution. I am really very frustrated and don't know what to do, please advice.

The seller has refunded Rs. 1400 to the gift card section of your Flipkart account. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
