[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product received od[protected] | |||
Hello team, I have brought one ashu zenfone max pro 1 mobile phone order number od[protected]. After delivered his product last month when i open the packet inside one videocon company simple phone available instead of my favourite original product. I really shocked because i have already pay 14999/- for same. But previously i such believed in flipkart money assurance so then after i just file return/replacement request using my mobile application for replacement or refund not issues. After few, days ago without any confirmation flipkart team just sending me one mail regarding my complain we just confirmed by seller and delivery boy delivered right product. Team, after that i have locked many of complain but every time no response. Now i am just irritated and really very disappointed about your service or money assurance policy. Team, i just ask simply one question? Where is my mistake? I am your customer and buy costly mobile phone from your site. I had wasted my 14999/-. Flipkart team kindly do something for me.
