[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong size and no service

I have ordered a 10 size crocs and received a 11 size. placed a return request and the team has not yet responded.
they have promised a 72 hours and now extended for another 72 hours
called several times to the team and they are disconnecting the call after answering.
asked for the supervisor and they are denying.
they have promised for a call back and not yet done.
I need a quick response and compensation for the loss.
